An issue has been identified where players who challenged the Sanctuary before 10/8 at 4:00 (UTC) but have not cleared Floor 3 are unable to progress when transitioning within a floor. If this issue occurs, it can be resolved by selecting “Reset” on the Sanctuary screen. |
| Issue fixed | An issue has been identified where the various Event SS-Guaranteed Summon Tickets available through the [Autumn Campaign] cannot be used to perform the applicable summons, even though the exchange period is still ongoing. |
| Currently fixing | An issue has been identified in the PC version of Shadowgram where using certain webcams may cause an error, preventing the player from progressing. |
